Payment Policy
At Borda Events, we aim to provide transparent and hassle-free payment options to make your event planning smooth and secure. By booking with us, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm any event booking, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance is received.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
UPI / QR Code
Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Cash (at our office)
Cheque (subject to clearance)
Note: Details for bank transfer or UPI will be shared upon inquiry or during booking discussion.
3. Final Payment
The remaining 50% payment must be made at least 24 hours before the event date, unless otherwise discussed.
No event services will proceed without full payment clearance.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances and informed at least 7 days in advance, we may offer a partial credit for future bookings (subject to approval).
5. Late Payments
Late payments may result in delays in event setup or even cancellation of services.
We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused due to delayed payments from the client’s end.
6. GST & Taxes
All packages are subject to applicable government taxes (if any).
A proper invoice will be provided on request.
