Return & Refund Condition

At Borda Events, we are committed to delivering high-quality event decoration and management services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for our services.


1. Service Nature

Please note that our offerings are custom event-based services, not physical products. Hence, traditional “returns” do not apply. Once a service has been delivered or setup has begun, it cannot be returned or undone.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the event is cancelled by Borda Events due to internal reasons (e.g., unavailability of staff or equipment).

  • If the client cancels the booking 7 or more days before the event date and requests cancellation in writing.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, as we begin preparations, booking vendors, and blocking schedules immediately.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.

  • No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once the decor or service is executed as per the final plan discussed.


4. Postponement Policy

  • If you wish to reschedule your event, we may allow date changes based on availability.

  • Rescheduling must be informed at least 5 days prior to the event.

  • Rescheduled events must be completed within 3 months from the original date, else advance will be forfeited.


5. Process for Refund Requests

If you meet the refund criteria:

  • Allow up to 7 business days for review and response.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
